Promoting cases of teaching and learning activities by encouraging the substantial management of a teaching and learning center and holding a nationwide research competition on teaching and learning.
Benefits
* Appointed superior teaching and learning centers will be entitled "university colleges of superior teaching and learning center management" for 3 years.
* Awards from Ministry of Education will be granted at a research competition on teaching and learning.
* The appointment will be reflected in the evaluation of the concerned items when assessing projects to promote specialization university colleges/lifelong vocational education institution the next year.
Global Practical Training Program for University Colleges
A period of 16 weeks(4~8 weeks for education related to majors, 8~12 weeks for practical training at related businesses).
Number of dispatch: twice a year(first and second semester).
Objectives : cultivating a global mind-set and practical abilities in the area of major and reinforcing employment capabilities.
Number of participants(2014) : 550
Performance of 2013:
* A total of 558 participants were dispatched(to 12 countries including the U.S.A., Japan, China, Canada, the U.K., Australia, India, UAE, and Malaysia).
*Preferential selection and support for those who are from low-income bracket.
